Checking in with the last 2 days of training. Wednesday of course is legs, Friday is upper body. The strength is going down a little bit now that I’m on much less gear, but I’m still driving as much stimulus to the muscle as possible. I’m feeling great while on the cut and losing fat nicely...
Week 3 of the cut has started off strong with a solid push day. The physique is improving quickly and I am feeling alot better than I was during the end of my blast. I can’t wait to see what’s underneath this physique.
