Tuesday was my pull session A for the week. I had a great pump, made some progress, and have been sleeping and eating a ton of food. Wednesday was a solid leg day. I had some soreness from a heavy cramp I got in the middle of the night so I didn’t go too crazy on the hamstrings.

Yesterday was a big push day. I’m having a little bit of an issue with my shoulders not feeling the greatest, but the workouts have been very solid and I’ve been growing regardless. I’m thinking my e2 might be a bit low, but I have bloodwork next week to verify.

Good evening everyone. Today was push day after yesterday’s scheduled rest day. I am taking a break from the orals as I’ve been on 50mg anavar the last 4 weeks. I still expect to see great progress and end this off season on a high note.

Yesterday was a rest day but I got a major touchdown from the GOAT @US-pharmacies. Today was an upper body day where I focused on growing my back and delts with a little bit of chest work. Things are still going great and I’m making some good progress.

Yesterday I had a killer leg day. My legs have definitely blown up during this cycle. I have people I see every single day commenting on how much I’ve been growing lately, so that’s always a good sign. Sleep, digestion, and stress levels have been in a great spot so we keep pushing for now...
