When it comes to testosterone, you definitely want to use it from 200 to 500 mg a week. I would not go any higher in your situation; it's just not necessary.
This is a very important podcast to listen to. Tren is definitely something that you want to take seriously. You can get a lot out of it if you get serious.
The way I look at it is this: if you want to bulk up, go with either NPP or Deca. If you want recomposition or maybe cut, go with tren. I think you should add masteron in either situation.
