Steroids test prop and tbol options

3rd cycle.
12% body fat 85 kg and 35 years old
keeping my calories right around 3000 per day and going 50/40/10 protein/carbs/fats
what are the best test prop and tbol options I can go with if I want to do a recomp and harden up?
A friend suggested I go 250 test 2x per week
then do 30mgs 2x a day tbol for 60mgs total.
Is this is a good setup or should I try something else?

test prop is not needed many times why?
just use test enan 250mgs and some tbol 30mgs with n2guard
 
That is a lot of protein man. I know some on here will high five you for that, lol. I would actually lower it and increase the fats. You want to make sure you are getting enough omega 3's.

Whats with the obsession with test prop lately, are guys just wanting a fast kick start or something ? Who wants to pin more all the time week after week ?
