12% body fat 85 kg and 35 years old
keeping my calories right around 3000 per day and going 50/40/10 protein/carbs/fats
what are the best test prop and tbol options I can go with if I want to do a recomp and harden up?
A friend suggested I go 250 test 2x per week
then do 30mgs 2x a day tbol for 60mgs total.
Is this is a good setup or should I try something else?
