I have a question about protein intake. My protein fluctuates anywhere from 150 to 200 g per day, but reading it seems like I need to get at least double that if I want to build more strength and muscle.
What is your thought? How much protein do I need? And how do I supplement more of it?
 
Always make sure you're reading the supplements. See what you're taking. A lot of them. Have a lot of sugar.
 
Gotta make sure you get plain protein powder. That's the key. You don't want to take anything, you shouldn't
 
You can supplement it, several different ways. Whey protein powder is the most common.
 
A normal person doesn't need as much protein as you think. If you're a professional, it's a different story.
