Very interested in using IGF DES for its potential to help a specific muscle grow. Stuff seems too good to be true but like always I want to find out for myself 
I’m looking to pin 1mg in my pecs to start and rotate. Someone said to only do 50mcg per day and rotate pecs until the 1mg is used up and then go from there. Would that be a good protocol and how many carbs do I need on it?
