I’m currently 48 years old and I took about 5 years away from steroids. I’m back in the gym after the last 6 months and really training my balls off. I pretty much am almost back to where I was. I would like to take things in the next level. My main goals are boosting my endurance, and also boosting my strength and getting it back to the way it was in my 30s.
