This is the first time that I have got Primo. And I’m excited to try it out. I’ve heard a lot of good things about it, seems like it’s making a comeback in the bodybuilding community. I’m 48 years old and I’m 5’10”, 155 lbs. I have a very lean physique, I’m only around 6 or 7% body fat. I want to stay small and tight around the waist. Since the Primo comes in 100 mg amps. How would you recommend that I dose? Should I go 100 mg? 3 times a week? Or should I try to do multiple amps per day?
