Steroids how would you use anavar solo for 8 weeks

50 years old, 5’10” and 216 lbs. I took a little break from steroids the past few years. I used them here and there but now I’m looking to get more serious. I would like to try Anavar solo for 8 weeks. Would like to see some lean muscle mass gains and also a mild stack that won’t give me too many side effects. With 50 mg a day. Be good or do I need to ramp it up to 80 mg?

Anavar is a really good steroid. I would go with 50 milligrams a day. That is the standard for 8 weeks. There's no reason to play around from that.

Honestly, if you're gonna run Anavar solo, 50mg is a solid starting point . But yeah, like others have said, be super careful where you get it from; there's tons of bunk stuff out there . Maybe consider primo and a tiny bit of test if you wanna kick it up a notch!
