Trenbolone you can start at 200 mg a week. Back in the old days we used to ramp it up at about 350 mg a week was the average dose. I think that stands true even today.
He is living the life that a lot of people can only dream of. It does seem interesting for sure. I mean at the end of the day it's nice to have that type of freedom.
I like how you mix up the leg training and then you move to more core training as well. I think it's a good idea to do them in the same workout. @Noah Wixx
