Well an awesome back day it was. Completely wiped me out and feeling it today. I’m sure only taking a 2hr nap after working all night didn’t help things, but still managed to do some damage. Weights keep progressing and feeling good, pump is pumping and every thing is coming together...

Forced a rest day to try and sleep and should have just went to the gym. I knew transitioning back to the night shift schedule was not going to be easy and I wouldn’t be able to sleep, but tried any ways. Only 5 more shifts on nights before I’m back to days for a month. Looking forward...
