Unplanned rest day because I fell asleep last night instead of staying up to switch over schedules. Needed to do all my meal prepping and cooking which is usually done the night before I go back to work, but found it hard to pass up sleep. Back to the schedule and now we will see how...

Is this what life feels like when you get adequate sleep? These past 5 days I’ve gone from 2-4hrs to averaging 7-8hrs and I feel like a different person. Lifts are hitting harder, motivation is higher, body is recovering better. Hoping this sticks around!
