Rested the day away, several really good naps trying to get back to schedule. Was in and out of it all day and feeling pretty good about it. Ready to get back to things this week and get back on track with the diet after a little fun this weekend. Enjoyed some decent meals/snacks...
Sunday’s log
Back to the grind and the usual schedule. Logs will come out on time now that I’m back to the night shift swing. Pretty decent sleep this weekend so I’ll take the trade off. Hope to continue the better sleep habits as I re-adjust back to nights.

Friday/Saturday log
Missed posting Friday night because I fell asleep pretty early. Was a full rest day with only 9k steps. Sleeping at night netted me some deeper sleep so felt pretty rested when I woke up this morning. Will be sleeping again tonight and switching back to my night schedule on...
Thursday log
No fancy bells and whistles today. A rest day dedicated to sleep. And sleep was got. Still not as much as I would like but it was much better. Have decided to take the weekend off my night shift schedule and see if I can get better sleep on a normal sleep time.
