Today was a rough leg day. I took an accidental nap with my dog before the gym so my meal and everything got pushed back. I did have a good session overall and I’m happy with progress.

Today I trained back. I had some good night sleep, got a solid 3 meals in before the gym and lifted some pretty good weights. The gains have been great recently, and I am having a blast.

Today was push day! I spent the weekend hanging out with my parents for the first time in 3 months. It was great to see them and they commented on my growth. The training was very good and I great time. I hit an all time PR on bench with 365lb for 2 sets of 8 reps.

Yesterday I had a rest day so I did my cardio and hit the sauna for a bit and had a poke bowl for an off plan meal. Got back in the gym for a quick workout this afternoon before going and hanging out with my parents and some other family members this evening. Chest, back, and some shoulders...
Today was leg day. It was a very good workout and the legs are growing at a good pace. I am excited for tomorrow’s well deserved rest day. The food is going down easy and the training is improving every week.
