Didnt sleep through my appointment for blood draw this morning thank goodness. Got up and hydrated before my appointment. Kinda had a lazy day with the Ms. outside of training and it was really nice.

Stayed up too late last night watching Tv, I just wasn’t tired at a reasonable time. It happens sometimes on nightshift. Oh well. Labs are scheduled for the morning. Once those come back hopefully it will be time to kick things up a notch! Excited to try some of my other USP goodies...

Woke Up to possible evacuation for wildfire about 10 min from the house so got a late start on running errands and going to the gym. Thankfully they contained the fire and we did not have to evacuate. So to the gym and grocery store we went!

I feel like responses to this are so widely varied. I’d start low and go slow. 1mg and go up from there slowly. I feel like when it feels like it “hits” it REALLY hits.

Picked up an extra shift for a bonus tonight so limited time before work to train. I slept really well today so I felt great in the gym. 2026 schedule is out and I'm looking at a show on May 2, that gives me plenty of time to get down to my weight cap with rushing things.
