I've actually been doing 2-a-days as of late. So I'll wake up around 3:30 am and go to the gym in my neighborhood and lift there hitting arms, backs, legs, chest. Then in the evening I'll go to my actual gym and hit areas that are on my regimen that day...

For me the water just helps with overall hydration and cramping at times. I no longer wake up with cotton mouth and feel very well throughout the day. Pee a lot but I've gotten used to it at this point. I pound a gallon alone at the gym then throughout the day at my house I have another gallon...
