Did this again to see if I could add 4 x 20kg plates. As is it's just about doable but one heck of a faff.

Dumbbell Wrist Curls
Bit all over the place. But tried and got a single rep x 70kg/154lbs with my RH
Gareth P (gym owner) and on 5900mg a week, Jo Griffith (former Figure competitor) and me. They weigh about 150kg combined and I'm 140kg/308lbs+. Not inc sled it's about 800-810kg loaded total. Had a new figure competitor on video duties (don't know name)
