Checking in with my Friday upper body day. I’ve officially decided to start my cut June 1 with the goal of cutting to about 180, maybe leaner if necessary. I’m so excited to see some new tissue.

Another push day to start off a new week of training. Approximately 5 more weeks to go and I am definitely starting to get excited to eat a little less food. Sleep, digestion, and blood pressure have all been great, but the appetite is starting to feel a little forced.

Tuesday was my pull session A for the week. I had a great pump, made some progress, and have been sleeping and eating a ton of food. Wednesday was a solid leg day. I had some soreness from a heavy cramp I got in the middle of the night so I didn’t go too crazy on the hamstrings.

Yesterday was a big push day. I’m having a little bit of an issue with my shoulders not feeling the greatest, but the workouts have been very solid and I’ve been growing regardless. I’m thinking my e2 might be a bit low, but I have bloodwork next week to verify.
