@Gio777 bro we understand you schedule and respect it.....log will help you to stay on track and it's not necessary to spend long hours updating the log.....you should start and give it a try you'll love it........
20 weeks might be too long bro.....you can plan out a cycle for 8-12 weeks.......remember its not the length its the right choice of gears...diet and training that makes a cycle successful...........
