if you had to pick a sarms stack which one would you do between the following:
LGD + GW
RAD + SR
I’m weight training four times a week and I do cardio two or three times a week
my goals are fat loss, recomp, holding muscle/strength
also want to improve my overall physique
I’m 5 foot 7
145 pounds...
I wanted to get a stack together so my friend hooked me up with some steroids.. he said to run them and just workout 2-3 hours a day until I feel like I’m gonna pass out
