so I like to split my workouts up where I’ll do weight training in the morning to get that out of the way and do cardio in the evening
the problem is a lot of times I don’t have much energy
I need something to pick me up can you give me some advice on that?
is it normal to feel completely tired and exhausted post-workout?
I’m currently using a pre-workout and when I take it I have a lot of energy but by the time my workout is over I’m completely exhausted so it’s causing me to crash hard
any advice on if I should change what I’m taking pre-workout...

Right now I am doing 5mgs 5x per day and not seeing much results
I switched to running it pre workout only 15mgs and seeing much better changes.
Is anyone else on here using it this way and how has that strategy been working for you?
