7 caps a day is what it says to take on the bottle
That is a lot to take in 1 sitting. Am I going to be able to split up the dosages and run it in the morning and p.m.?
Or do i have to Take all seven at the same time
also when I'm on cycle am I going to be able to take it together with my steroids or do i need to separate when i take them
