Notice that my blood pressure has been getting worse and worse. I’m a little bit concerned. I would like some tips and advice on what you do in my situation. Is there supplements that you recommend for me? How about tudca? That one good?
Is your blood pressure concerns as a result of using gear?
Nevertheless, TUDCA is not a supplement that is specifically meant for lowering blood pressure, but for liver protection, reducing inflammation, improving insulin sensitivity (in some studies) and reducing cellular stress.
However, if your high blood pressure concerns are due to your use of gear leading to liver-related blood pressure issues, then you could use TUDCA to improve your liver function and indirectly improve your metabolic health which will then support normal blood pressure. But note that this is "indirectly", so it is not necessarily a reliable option.
My recommendation is that you improve your lifestyle choices by reducing your sodium (salt) intake, engaging in regular exercise, losing weight, improving your quality of sleep, and reducing stress factors in your life.
You can also back this up with supplements like Omega-3 fish oil, beetroot/nitrates, potassium an magnesium.
