SARMS BPC-157 for my lower back

threw out my lower back doing some deadlifts. Hasn’t been the same for the past few months.
Need some advice when it comes to using bpc157. Heard this was a great peptide and all this other crap. But color me skeptical but I’m open to trying it.
You think I should pin my lower back at 250mcg in 3 or 4 spots per day? Or should I spread the dosing out more?

500mcg bpc 250mcg split dose 2pin /day around lower back area like love handles will work
but add tb500 to this 2mgs /week

100% get therapy first. But both BPC157 and TB500 are great
