Both options are great, but I personally prefer option A. Beginners should start with a daily dose of 5mg of RAD 140. As your body adjusts, this dosage can be gradually increased, with most users finding a daily intake of 10-20mg to be most effective for muscle growth and strength gains. However, due to the potency of RAD 140, it is generally not recommended to exceed a daily dose of 20mg. Additionally, be sure to follow a post-cycle therapy (PCT) after the primary cycle, as RAD can cause testosterone suppression.
