Steroids did I crash estrogen on my recent cycle?

37 years old and 202 pounds
So I came off a cycle of 150mgs of test cyp and 500mgs of primo recently. During the cycle I also ran some aromasin with it at 12.5mgs 2x per week.
Halfway through the cycle things started to change and I felt like something was off. My results came to a screeching halt from there.
Unfortunately did not get bloods done
Do you think I crashed my estrogen during cycle?

i would drop aromasin see how you feel

yes but it's not the end of the world to crash your estrogen it will bounce back just be careful in the future and get blood work done

I would say yes also. But make sure you keep your bloods in check so you can keep track of this

you should always keep your estrogen in line too high is not good but too low is not good either

I think it's good to keep your estrogen somewhere in the teens or 20s

Running primo that high in combination with really high AI usage without bloods hard guessing but I would guess you definitely crashed estrogen. You ran the test way to low imo.

Keep a close eye on numbers......be extra careful in future...........
