What is the earliest you have done a sarms cycle after doing steroids?
not looking to blow out my reproductive system
I'm 24 years old and I just came off a 16-week steroid cycle
I would like to keep most of my gains and go on sarms immediately but I know I should wait. my PCT was 4 weeks and now I am 2 weeks since. I'm up to 228 lb and I'm 6'8
should I wait another 4 weeks and then start or do I need to wait longer?

if you want to keep your hpta in line you need to get your LH, fsh and test levels back to baseline

that is why it is important to run pre cycle bloods to get a baseline in the first place

generally 4 weeks is fine for most but bloodwork determines all and you should always go by bloodwork, not just by general numbers

Get bloods done to ensure you are recovered. Same as if you were going to run another steroid cycle.

I suggest running your complete PCT. Allow min 2 x weeks after your primary PCT cycle. You Can run the SARMS cycle
