This will be my third cycle ever in the first time I’ve used equipoise
first off I’ve heard some good things about it and I’ve heard some bad things. But I would like to try it for myself
I’m gonna be using 500mgs a week of EQ and 30mgs a day of dbol with it. Zero testosterone.
This is the protocol that makes sense for my goals of moderate bulking. Also plan on increasing calories to 4000 per day.
I’m 5’10’’ and 179 pounds and 10% body fat. Looking to bulk to 190. thoughts and suggestions?

eq is legit but not 500mgs

200mgs eq for you to start but you need test with it at least 200mgs NOT 0
 
Equipoise is one of my favorites it's very versatile you'll like it I think 400 mg would be enough for you
