I don’t think some of you realize how tough it is. To work a manual job and try to hit the weight room. I’ve got swollen feet and swollen ankles almost all the time. I try my best to wear boots while I work, but by the time, I get to the gym in the evening, my ankles just want to collapse. Very hard to do any sort of cardio.
