So I have a little bit of a dilemma going on whenever I lift really heavy in the gym my knees and my elbows start bothering me. especially Post-workout. They swell up and when I press on them, it’s a very sharp pain.
Does anyone have any advice when it comes to what I can take in terms of supplements to help with this?
