so I’m currently on 175 mg a week of trt and what I’d like to add growth hormone to it if possible.
My primary goal is anti-aging, fat loss and general energy and sleep health
Wondering if you could recommend a good source for the growth hormone and also how much do you think I should use and how long should I use it?
My thoughts were 3iu’s per day for 3 months to start. Is this a good idea?

if you on TRT add 2 IUs of hgh not 3
1-2 IUs is max hgh with trt
