I’m Seriously looking at trying rad140 for the first time

I just am not sure about how to dose it for someone who trains three times a week. I do not train weekends, my gym is just too packed cause they have groups that come in
So i typically train monday, wed, friday. Do you think can i still get results 3x per week?
I'm 22 years old and I'm 5 foot 11 in 187 lb. looking to get over 200
