SARMS how would I stack lgd and ostarine?

I’m interested in using both lgd and ostarine
these are 2 sarms that I would like to try
ostarine 25mgs a day is my plan, but not sure how much lgd4033 I should use?
A bit about me: goals are to get better at sports and lift more weights.
6’3’’ 217 pounds and around 15-20% body fat average build
 
make sure you use umbrella or RCS first off
2nd off i would highly recommend adding GW to this stack 20mg and do the lgd 10

but lgd keep low dose 10mgs with n2guard

1-12 GW-501516 (CARDARINE) 20 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 lgd-4033 (ANABOLICUM) 10 mg per day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 S4 (ANDARINE) 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg 4-6 hours later

Based on your goals you definitely need to be adding Cardarine in there. If you can only afford 2 products, drop the LGD and just run Ostarine and Cardarine.
