I’m 185 lbs and interested in cleaning up my physique and using ipamorelin for this purpose. I’m around 18 to 20% body fat with some excess body fat especially around my stomach and my thighs.
I plan on doing more cardio and increasing the amount of healthy foods I’m eating
would ipamorelin 250mcg 2x a day pre meals be a good option? Or should I try another peptide?
