Supplements Kidney numbers don’t look good

I've had bad kidney numbers for a few years now my doctor said it has been getting gradually worse
steroid use has sped things along as well. I was honest with him and he told me that it's because I have a buildup of waste in my body
he said that we would monitor things going forward and if things got worse we can take action
in the meantime what supplements would be good for my kidneys?
