I’m grown pretty good so far. I'm up to 185 lb and I am 5'6. I'm pretty pleased with my growth for a 25-year-old
my question is with diet my coach has me taking five meals a day
each meal is around 100 g of protein so I'm getting close to 500 g of protein per day. he also has me eating carbs such as bananas, oatmeal, and some potatoes. do you think this diet fits my cycle?
