my main issue now that I’m training in my 50s is recovery
I just don’t recover the way I used to when I was younger from my workouts

for recovery you need a protein shake and a test booster
think 30grams of whey and 2 caps hcgenerate
 
Best for recovery is a good diet and ensuring you are getting enough good quality sleep/rest. Do not over-train. HCGenerate is a good supplement you should grab too.
