I’m looking to use steam bcaa product by rival nutrition
Its on sale for $15, figured i would buy a couple tubs of it
Each tub has 75 servings and it was a mix of 3 bcaa’s including leucine, isoleucine and valine
What do you think about this product for someone who not only wants to improve endurance but also my results in the gym

Bcaas waste of money....they are in good isolate protein so why waste money...buy some meat or whey iso 100
