SARMS sarms for pre training boost

I’m looking to use sarms to help with pre-training Boost. I’m currently 32 years old and my training just isn’t the way it used to be. A wife and two kids and definitely a lot more responsibility than 10 years ago when I first use Peds.
My thoughts were taking sarms 1-2 hours pre workout
initial cycle was gonna be yk11 and sr9009
Only question is, would you think this would work good pre-workout? And what is the dosing?
 
sr9009 is a great option for pre exercise of any type
that is the best way to use it

when it comes to yk11. you want to use it once a day

make sure you use umbrella
 
i like using both actually
why not stack gw and Sr 9009. Do 25 milligrams of each
 
sarms are NOT a pre workout and do not work in that way whatsoever.. they are not stimulants and dosing them near a workout is not going to have some extra dramatic benefit whatsoever.. you have the wrong idea on them... thats not how they work....

you sound as though you have no experience, no understanding and are completely new to this... yk11 would NOT be a good option for you and while sr9009 is great, you need to understand it is going to be dosed multiple times a day due to the very short half life...

as a newbie to this, i would go with the original sarms triple stack first...

1-12 GW-501516 (CARDARINE) 20 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 S4 (ANDARINE) 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg 4-6 hours later
1-12 Mk2866 (OSTABOLIC) 25 mg per day first two weeks then bump to 50 mg per day, dosed once a day in the a.m.
