SARMS selank for the soul

saw some things online about selank, sounds like a promising product. I thought I read something as well that people in Russia are using this stuff to help them with depression.
I would like to try it out and use the spray dose but I’m not sure if I should use 50 mg or 100 mg per dose and how long does this stuff take to start working is it something that kicks in right away or do I have to wait to feel the effects?

50mgs selank you can try it there dont go higher
