I had a question about pre sleep supplements
I have a problem staying asleep. I tend to wake up middle of night and can’t go back to sleep
Can you suggest a supp to take?
I've been using hhc water soluble before bed and it's been working pretty well for relaxing my body and quieting my mind without making me feel groggy the next day. I just mix it into a tea or even just water. Compared to some of the heavier stuff people mentioned, it feels smoother and doesn’t mess with my sleep cycles. Definitely noticed a difference in falling asleep quicker.
ZMA helped me wind down better at night and I noticed I felt more rested. I also added a bit of magnesium on its own when I wanted extra help relaxing.
