Training Time To Tone My Arms!

Hi Y'all,
Here's my "simple" arm toning workout with plates, enjoy!

#1. Overhead (Plate) Tricep Ext

Should activate my core, glutes, lower back muscles, and also targets my tricep brachii muscles.

#2. Upright Row

Should strengthen my upper back and shoulders.

#3. Alt Steering Wheel Raise

Targets forearms, shoulders, and traps.

#4. Tricep Dips

Targets my upper arms and should activate my core.

#5. Plate Hammer Curls

Targets biceps, brachioradialis and brachialis muscles.
