I’m around 200 pounds and 5’8’’ .. around 15-18% body fat. 37 years old.
Looking to trim up and get some nice strength and mass gains. Also want to keep sides low.
What would you recommend if I had to stack var and test? Should I go low dose test and high var or opposite?
