Steroids Using anavar only cycle

I have left over anavar from previous cycles i would like to go ahead and use up as soon as possible before i have to move
I'm currently 18% body fat and I weigh 216 lb at 6 ft 1 in. I'm 25 years old and I have run three previous Cycles
my other question is what kind of post Cycle Therapy will I need with this cycle because the previous couple Cycles I did not run one and now I am kind of worried
another option is I can just forget this and just go ahead and do 200 to 300 mg of testosterone a week
