SARMS Semax spray or injectable better?

Looking for some nootropic help. I work as a math engineer and have to scramble and do a lot of math all day. Really fries the crap out of my brain lol. Looking to try something to help me out cause after work I’m so mentally fried I can’t go to the gym.
I know some sources sell this semax stuff in liquid spray, and you are supposed to do 90mg a day of it.
Is this a good dose or should I dose it twice a day?
