
In the mirror, I look so much leaner, that’s a good sign, the recomp cycle is having the right effect. My pumps on back and arm days are wicked. Veins coming alive all over no water bloat, just dry and full. My recovery feels automatic at this point with all of the MK677, GH, TB500 and BPC157

DB Lateral Raises 4x20
Overhead Rope Extensions 3x20
Weighted Dips 3x15
Tuesday:
Lat Pulldown 4x12
Barbell Rows 4x10
Db Rows 3x12
Db Shrugs 3x20 ( hold at the top 3 sec)
Incline DB Curls 3x15
Concentration Curls 3x15
Wednesday Legs:
Leg Press 5x15
Walking Lunges 4x20 steps
Seated Leg Curl 4x12
Standing Calf Raises 5x20
Plank – 3x 1-minute holds
Leg Raises 3x20
Thursday Pull (Rear Delt Emphasis):
Cable Rows 4x12
Reverse Pec Deck 4x15
Face Pulls 4x20
Hammer Curls 4x15
EZ Bar Curls 4x15
Seated Calf Raises 4x25
Friday Push (Higher Volume):
Machine Incline Press 4x20
Cable Crossovers 3x20
Seated DB Shoulder Press 3x15

Weekend:
Saturday is incline treadmill 15 min, sauna and pool session
Sunday passive recovery: yoga stretches + foam rolling
