Approved Log Testosterone Trenbolone Equipoise Cycle Log

I took my last dose of dbol yesterday and today started the Anavar at 60mg split 3 times per day in 20mg doses each time. Maybe it is my imagination, but I feel like some of the water weight from the Dbol is already starting to flush out of my body.

My stack is pretty much the same except for the change from dianabol to var, here is a repost of my cycle with the change:

Test Cypionate / 1,000mg
Trenbolone Enanthate / 600mg
Equipoise (EQ) / 800mg
NPP / 300mg per week pinned 100mg eod
Masteron E / 600mg
**Anavar / 60mg/ed (changed out from dianabol)**
Proviron / 25mg/ed
GH / 4IU/ed (split 2IU AM and PM)
MK-677 / 25mg/ed before bed
BPC-157 / 250mcg/ed
TB-500 / 5mg/week
N2guard / 7 caps/ed
Hcgen / 5 caps/ed

Thats all cut and paste from my last big update except for the correction.
I'm planning some changes to my training now and want to put everything into action next week.

My workout split will stay the same 6-day per week program. The main changes I want to incorporate is more use of paused reps on some of my compound lifts like the bench and hack squat. Also will be adding some volume increase for arms and delts, bringing it to 4–5 sets per exercise, and the 12–20 rep range... I'm also thinking of adding some dedicated mid back work in later weeks depending on what I see in the gym mirror.

@2Thick looking good man and that’s a good cycle

@Mobster but that is what we do right? we use gear. I don't think its too crazy
I'm no expert but if their word is worth anything, people like Greg Doucette and other old PROs have been saying that people nowadays use too much gear that not even the PROs were using back then (not all PROs ofc).

Most people say that going more than 1g of total gear is worthless, you need nutrition/sleep/training and time to build muscle. Pushing the gear over 1g usually has heavy diminishing returns.

@andrewx

Monstro used to run 5g of gear a week. it was steroid abuse no doubt. but his body would have never been achieved on just 1g a week IMO
mr olympia guys need more then 1g that is just a fact IMO

500mgs of test + 500mgs of EQ isn't gonna build that type of physique

Feeling the shift this week. The transition off Dbol and into Var is noticeable now less bloat, tighter muscle, and my skin looks drier under gym lights. Pumps got more detail.

Appetite’s been up and down. MK-677 keeps me hungry most nights, but stress during the day sometimes kills the hunger. Still getting all my meals in on time, just not every time with the same hunger, sometimes I have force myself to eat. I’ve added some intra-workout carbs back in to keep the energy up when I’m dragging.

Recovery is on track with my peptides and GH stack. My joints are holding up surprisingly well considering the volume I’ve been hitting lately. No tweaks, no nagging pains, and the paused reps I added this week actually feel smoother than expected. Just have to stay mindful of form when the weight gets heavy.

Mentally, there’s a bit more aggression creeping in. Not in a bad way but just dialed in, short-fused, hyper-focused. The kind of tunnel vision that makes me lift harder and give a dirty look to anyone who talks too much between sets. I’m embracing it.

Next week, I’ll be pushing volume a bit more on arms and delts as planned. Still on the fence about adding that mid-back day. We’ll see how I look after another few sessions.

Can't say as I feel pissed off etc on var. But maybe more focused. But that can just be being more serious cos I'm 'on'

@2Thick yeah I would never go near dbol. it isn't something that i would use unless you want to bloat and get a big appetite. i'm seeing the changes of the switch to var nice job
