legs are looking insane!WednesdayHUMP DAY!!!!! aka Posterior Day!
Legs are pretty sore and so is chest from great work outs the past 2 days. Feeling good upon wakening have energy and calories are where they're supposed to be. Keeping Protein, Fats and Carbs in check as well, checking glucose in the mornings and being consistent with supplements and compounds.

Yes absolutely bro, I feel limber, and I can also feel that my joints don't feel stiff at all. I feel very good in that regard, I'm always nervous about getting hurt so I always take precaution when lifting. Find Npp give a a nice full look especially when carbed up! Drier then Deca in my opinionHaven’t ran npp but will for sure give a go at some point this year, extra joint benefits sound good. Shoot I think wraps, sleeves, and belts are a must! Personally run knee/elbow sleeves on everything except my warmup set on first exercise. Had a couple injuries in the past year, nothing big but taking way more care since then. No belt since I don’t really do any exercises that would require it.

back is looking huge bro!I apologize for occasionally posting in the wrong sub or wrong persons log... lol!! That's happened a few times this week.
Today is thursday, I'm holding on to 217lbs pretty well and getting closer and closer to 220lbs. This will be the biggest I have ever been so far. Last year I was at 213lbs from taking MK-677 along with other supplements and compounds.

hoping everything checks out good and you get the issue resolved!Happy Easter Monday everyone, I'm headed to the VA in order to get evaluated to try to see what's going on with this pain in my chest, and also how the food seems to get stuck in the esophagus. I know the food is not literally getting stuck in my chest, it just feels that way.
It's really painful and the only thing that helps is Pepto Bismol.. Hope they can figure it out, I'll be getting evaluated the next 2-3 days. I was able to get a workout in this morning very early, which I'm very grateful of.

Just reading all your moments of stepping on stage and how many shows you've done is a huge win in my eyes bro. I've never had the fortitude to step on stage and I think just doing that makes you a huge success!This is so damn frustrating because you're hearing different things from different judges at different shows. This also shows us how subjective it can be. In Masters I won my category but I really want to make 1st call out and win an open show. That is the goal for myself.
