I know it’s no excuse but I go to food as a stress relief. Read up on SARMS and now thinking about trying Osterine and Cardarine in addition to the TRT. Just wanted input and advice on safe dosing and usage. Thank you all in advance.

If you are thinking of adding sarms to TRT its possible, but you should only add cardarine gw and I suggest getting some GLP1 in there

stress eating is very common among females but males can have that issue too. ostarine and gw won't blunt appetite but gw will help better able to burn fat

When it comes to sarms, you should also look at using possibly S4. It's a very good one.

@Gio777 sarms are sort of baby steroids. they have less sides but they also can give me some solid changes to your physique.
you can also stack sarms with steroids. get a log up and lets learn more about you

Thank you. We are managing. I’m trying to get that late night under control now that I’ve got my head straight. So are you saying that gw-cardarine would be good for fat loss? And is it ok to use with the test? I’m on low dose, 1ml a week cypiionate.

With the way my schedule is right now it is very difficult for me to have a regimented routine. My needs have to be last priority. At this point,I workout when I can and try and eat as clean as possible. I’ve now got my head straight and we are somewhat in a routine, so it’s time to get my fat ass back to work. lol. That’s where all your experience and advice will be greatly appreciated. I’m not looking to get big but just to tone, strengthen and trim up. Only thing I take is test cypionate- 1 ml week and my workouts consist of 1 mile run to warm up, then either 6 - 7 round tabata or Caroline Girvan workouts, both with weights or body weight. So guess, my questions mainly revolve around the use of sarms with the test I’m taking. Do I stop the test while using Ostarine/Cardarine or can I combine them?
Also wanted to mention that I’m in Canada and is there a Canadian supplier you all would recommend? And if not, I live in a border city so can have things delivered to a Detroit address if needed since it’s quite easy for me to cross.
