Steroids deca 500mgs a week ?

6’ 180lbs, 28 years old. Training for 5-10 years
Looking to boost my appetite and get some help with deca. Not sure what would happen if I tried 500mgs a week. I tried previously at 250mgs a week and that was okay but it isn’t that great. Figured I would double up the dosage for 12 weeks. Thoughts?

If you want to get a nice bulking stack together with Deca, go with Domestic Supply. I would run the Deca anywhere from 300 to 400 mg a week. That is the sweet spot.
